About Nileeds Job
Nileeds Job is South Sudan’s national employment platform: a single, searchable register where employers publish their vacancies and South Sudanese professionals find work, whether the role is in the country or remote.
Our mission
Employment opportunities in South Sudan should be easy to find and free to pursue. Nileeds Job exists to place every vacancy before the people qualified to fill it, and to make recruitment at home simpler for the organisations doing the hiring.
- One national platform. Openings in one searchable place, instead of a notice on an office door, a message in a group chat, or word of mouth.
- Free for job seekers. Searching, saving roles, job alerts, and applying cost a candidate nothing.
- Straight to the employer. An application reaches the organisation doing the hiring — no middlemen and no agency fees.
- Built for how the country works. A mobile-first experience, clear listings, and alerts by email so no one has to check back.
Our story
Nileeds Job began with a problem every South Sudanese professional recognises. Openings were scattered across noticeboards, messaging groups, mailing lists, and personal introductions — so good candidates never saw work they were qualified for, and employers kept hiring from the same small circle of people they already knew.
Nileeds Job brought those openings into one place and gave both sides the same starting point. That idea has grown into a complete national job service: company profiles, applications delivered directly to the employer, resumes imported once and reused, saved roles, job alerts, and messaging between candidates and hiring teams.
From the beginning the work has been the less glamorous half of recruitment: persuading employers that a public, free listing serves them better than a private shortlist; reading every posting before it goes live; and sitting with candidates who have never had to set out their experience for an employer to read. The platform’s habits come from there — no fees to job seekers, no middlemen between a candidate and the organisation hiring, and a person on the other end of every message.
Nileeds Job was built on a conviction: South Sudan does not lack talent or ambition — it lacks a dependable way for talent and opportunity to find each other.
That conviction still sets the standard for everything on the board. The team works with employers across the country and with the candidates who use the platform every day, on one promise: it stays in service of the people looking for work and the organisations ready to hire them.
Our history and foundation
Nileeds Job was founded on 28 July 2026 by Neynn N. Chawish, its Founder & CEO, who had watched the country’s vacancies travel by word of mouth for long enough to decide it should not have to. The date is the board’s own beginning: the day a national employment platform stopped being an idea and became a site an employer in Juba and a candidate in Rubkona could both open.
It was founded as a public service first and a business second. He set out to build the thing the country was missing rather than another noticeboard: one register of real openings, readable on the phone most people carry, free for anyone looking for work, and answerable to the people who use it.

- What it is
- South Sudan’s national employment platform
How it began
The founder came from the two sides the platform now serves. He had hired in South Sudan and knew how narrow a private shortlist becomes when there is no public place to advertise, and he had looked for work here and knew what it costs to hear about a vacancy after it has already been filled. The diagnosis was the same either way: the country was not short of jobs or of qualified people, but of a dependable route between them.
So the board was built around that route and nothing else. A vacancy is published once and reaches everyone qualified to fill it. An application travels straight to the employer doing the hiring. A candidate keeps one profile and uses it for every employer. No fee is charged to a job seeker at any point, and no agency stands between a candidate and the organisation making the offer.
Milestones
28 July 2026
Nileeds Job is founded
Neynn N. Chawish launches one national job board for the whole country, free to job seekers, with its head offices at Haij Tongpiny in Juba and Nyuel Street in Rubkona.
The first employers
The board opens to recruiting
Employers publish their openings and get company profiles behind them, so a candidate can see who is hiring and what the organisation does before applying.
One national register
Every state reaches the same board
The platform serves the capital and the states alike: an opening published in Juba, Wau, Malakal, Bentiu, Bor, Yambio, Torit, Rumbek or Aweil is searchable from anywhere in South Sudan, and alerts find the candidates who are not watching the site that day.
Today
A complete hiring service
Company profiles, applications delivered to the employer, resumes imported once, saved roles, job alerts, messaging between candidates and hiring teams, and a published statement of what the board will not carry — kept to the same founding terms: free to candidates, open to the whole country.
What we were founded on
The platform answers to the terms it was founded with, and they are checked against it every day:
- A vacancy should be public. An opening advertised nowhere in particular is an opening most qualified people never see.
- Looking for work must be free. No fee, deposit or “processing” charge is asked of a candidate, ever.
- The employer answers for the job. Applications go to the organisation hiring, not to an intermediary.
- The country is the market. Talent in Rubkona should be able to see work in Juba, and an employer in Torit should be able to reach a candidate in Aweil.
- It has to work on a phone. A service designed for a desk is a service most South Sudanese cannot use.
Open across South Sudan
Nileeds Job covers the whole country: an employer in Juba, Wau, Malakal, Bentiu, Bor, Yambio, Torit, Rumbek, Aweil — or anywhere else in South Sudan — can publish an opening here, and a candidate anywhere in the country reaches every one of them with a single free account.
- One account, the whole country. A candidate sets up a profile once and applies to any employer on the platform.
- Company profiles show who is hiring. What the organisation does and where it works, so candidates can decide with confidence.
- Applications go straight to the employer. Hiring teams read applications themselves, and candidates follow every application from their own account.
- Job alerts do the searching. Matching roles are emailed as soon as they are published.
Our team
Nileeds Job was founded on 28 July 2026 by Neynn N. Chawish, its Founder & CEO, who set out to give the country one dependable place where employers and the people qualified to work for them could find each other. He leads the platform today with the team below, each named with the part of Nileeds Job they look after.
Nileeds Job is built and run from its two head offices — Haij Tongpiny in Juba, Central Equatoria, and Nyuel Street in Rubkona, Unity State — by a small team who look after the platform every day — publishing employers’ openings, supporting candidates through their applications, and keeping the board honest and free of fees.
This is who you are dealing with: the people below are the team behind the board, each named with the part of Nileeds Job they are responsible for, so an employer hiring or a candidate applying knows who looks after them.

Anti-Slavery
Nileeds Job does not tolerate modern slavery, forced labour, bonded labour or human trafficking in any form, and the platform may not be used to arrange or advertise work that involves any of them.
This statement is about what that means in practice on the board — what an employer or an agency may not ask of a candidate, and what happens when someone reports a listing that breaks it.
- No fees to job seekers. Searching, saving roles, job alerts and applying on Nileeds Job are free. No employer or agency may ask a candidate for a recruitment fee, a deposit or a “processing” charge to be considered for a role.
- Straight to the employer. Applications reach the organisation doing the hiring, so candidates never have to pay an intermediary to pass their details on.
- Reporting a concern. If a listing, an employer or a message on this platform looks like it involves forced labour or trafficking, tell the team — the Contact us section below carries the address to write to. Reports can be made in confidence, and job seekers who report a concern are not penalised for it.
- Acting on reports. Every report is reviewed by the Nileeds Job team, and a job or account that breaches this statement is removed from the board.
Reporting a serious concern
Nileeds Job publishes job adverts and nothing else. If something you meet through this site goes beyond a job advert and looks like a national crime — an “employer” demanding payment, a fraudulent or impersonated company, extortion, trafficking, or any other criminal or national-security matter — report it to South Sudan’s National Communication Authority (NCA), and tell our team as well.
The NCA is South Sudan’s communications regulator and the home of the South Sudan Computer Incident Response Team (SS-CIRT), which takes reports of fraud, phishing and other criminal use of communications services. Filing a complaint with the NCA is free of charge.
- Website:nca.gov.ss — how to file a complaint.
- Email:info@nca.gov.ss
- Phone:0920 832 518 · +211 925 258 885
- Head office:Juba–Nimule–Bor Junction, Ministry of ICT complex, Juba.
Where a crime is under way or someone is in danger, contact the South Sudan Police Service first, then let the NCA and our team know.
Telling us matters too: write to the Contact us section below with the listing, the employer or the message you are worried about, and the team reviews it and removes the job or account from the board.
