How Nileeds Job started

Neynn N. Chawish founded Nileeds Job on 28 July 2026, after watching the same problem repeat itself across the country. Openings were announced on office doors, in messaging groups, on mailing lists and by word of mouth, so qualified people never heard about work they could do — and employers kept hiring from the small circle of people they already knew. The idea behind the platform was simple: put every opening in one searchable place, open to everyone, and send each application straight to the organisation doing the hiring.

Neynn N. Chawish has led that idea from a single conviction — South Sudan does not lack talent or ambition, it lacks a dependable way for talent and opportunity to find each other — and it is still the standard every part of the platform is held to.

What Nileeds Job does

Under Neynn N. Chawish’s leadership, Nileeds Job gives every candidate one free account for the whole country: employers’ profiles that show who is hiring and where, job alerts and recommendations that put matching roles in front of the people they suit, a résumé stored once and reused, and applications the candidate can follow from their own account. Searching, saving a role and applying cost a candidate nothing, and no agency stands between an applicant and the employer.

For employers, the platform is the hiring workspace behind the listing. A company posts an opening in minutes and then manages every application in one place: screening questions, interview scheduling with the candidates shortlisted for the role, and help sourcing candidates when a position is hard to fill.
