Nileeds Job is South Sudan's national job platform: one public place where employers publish vacancies and candidates find, compare and apply for them. This page sets out what the business is, why we think it matters, how it earns, and how anyone interested in investing can reach the team.

Why a national job platform

Most hiring in South Sudan still moves through personal networks, noticeboards and messaging groups. That keeps good roles invisible outside one circle of contacts, and it leaves the country without a reliable picture of what work is actually being advertised. A single national platform changes both: a vacancy an employer publishes is visible to anyone with a phone, and every listing is written down in a form that can be counted.

That record is useful beyond the people applying. Our employment data page publishes the live totals — open roles, the employers recruiting, advertised pay and where the work sits — for ministries, researchers and development partners planning around real figures instead of estimates.

What we operate

  • A jobs board employers publish to directly, with applications delivered in one place rather than scattered across inboxes.
  • Company profiles and reviews, so a candidate can see who is hiring before they apply.
  • Salary pages by role, skill and place, built from the pay employers advertise on the board.
  • Candidate accounts — saved jobs, job alerts, applications and CVs kept in one profile.
  • Employer accounts — posting, applicant pipelines, team members, and an assistant that drafts a job description from the details an employer has already entered.

How the business earns

Job seekers use Nileeds at no cost. Employers pay to hire here: a first listing is free, and paid memberships add reach and the hiring tools a team needs when it is filling several roles. That keeps the platform free for the people looking for work, which is what makes it useful to employers in the first place.

Where we are today

Nileeds is an early-stage platform, founded in 2026 and run from its head offices at Haij Tongpiny in Juba and Nyuel Street in Rubkona. The board is live and the number of employers publishing on it is growing; the employment data page is the honest measure of that, because it counts the board's own listings rather than an estimate.

We do not publish a funding history, valuation or shareholder information on this page. Anyone who needs those details for a serious review can ask the team for them directly.
